01The restaurant
Dinner is better when the view stays with you
Verde opens to the lake on three sides. The kitchen works within a short radius — vegetables from the kitchen garden above the property, trout from the dams of the ghats, honey and coffee from small growers in Paud.
The room is deliberately unhurried: long tables, low light after sunset, and a terrace where dinner tends to drift outdoors when the weather agrees.

03Reservations
Reserve your table
Verde seats 84 indoors and 40 on the terrace. Walk-ins are welcome for lunch; dinner reservations are recommended, especially on weekends.
- Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reserved time.
- Groups of 10 or more are served a set menu.
- Terrace seating is weather-permitting — we move you indoors without fuss.
- Corkage is waived on Fridays for in-house guests.
